Christmas is almost here! Today we’ve add a few festive treats to our baking rotation—available only until Saint Nick arrives.

First is our assortment of gingerbread cookies. Our vegan recipe has no gluten or soy, and we use plant-based food coloring in the icing. The six-packs of snack-sized gingerbread cookies are a perfect pairing for a mug of hot chocolate, and the giant gingerbread boys and girls are straight from the pages of a timeless Christmas tale. At 8 inches tall, a platter of these would make a fun, edible tabletop holiday display. And because each comes in its own ribbon-tied bag, they also make wonderful stocking stuffers.

For Christmas morning, our holiday quiche is an effortless way to put out a delicious spread without having to spend those precious moments in the kitchen. This year, our recipe features a satisfying mix of savory organic ingredients: diced turkey sausage, mushrooms, spinach, and a creamy herb garlic vegan cheese made by Kelly Paulsen over at Fresh Café in Mundelein.

All of these new goodies, along with our traditional favorites—cinnamon rolls and chocolate scones and berry-topped vegan cheesecakes—are available to sweeten up your holidays. Order online and schedule a pickup at our Wauconda bakery anytime this week or next, including Christmas Eve day until noon.
