Artisan Bread


Handcrafted in the old-world style using a slow yeast fermentation and minimal ingredients, our gluten-free artisan loaves achieve that wonderful combination of contrary textures: a hard, crunchy crust with an airy, pillow-soft interior. Our traditional white and sourdough boules are the first of several vegan artisan breads we plan to introduce. Available for fresh-from-the-oven pickup on Saturdays only from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please place your order by Friday morning. Loaves weigh 1 lb. 14 oz. and are baked on stone.
