Originally developed for the popular Wauconda burger joint, Bulldogs Grill, these gluten-free buns are certainly excellent with both traditional and veggie burgers. But it would be a shame to restrict them to summertime barbecues! From breakfast sandwiches and chicken salad to wholesome school lunches, these pillow soft buns are versatile and delicious. Unlike certain breads that give “gluten free” a bad rap, ours are moist and not quick to crumble. With a drizzle of olive oil, they griddle beautifully. And if you want to save a few for later, they also freeze well.
